Payments
Reservation fees and all property payments are made directly to the developer through its official payment channels, with official receipts. We will never ask you to pay property amounts to a personal account.
Professional role
Our role is to assist buyers as an accredited salesperson. We are not a party to the contract to sell or deed of sale, which are executed between you and the developer. Financing approval is determined solely by Pag-IBIG Fund, banks, or the developer.
Limitation of liability
While we work to keep information accurate, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on outdated pricing, availability, or promo details, or from decisions of developers and financing institutions.
