The Ark Listings ("we," "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules.
Information we collect
When you inquire by phone, text, email, or Facebook, or submit requirements for a reservation, we may collect: your name, contact details, preferred projects and budget, and, only when you proceed with a purchase, the documents required by the developer and financing institution (such as valid IDs, proof of income, and Pag-IBIG or bank forms).
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and send price lists, computations, and updates you requested
- To process reservations and financing with the relevant developer, Pag-IBIG Fund, or bank
- To provide after-sales assistance through turnover
Sharing
Your information is shared only with the developer, financing institution, and government agencies involved in your transaction, and only as needed to process it. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Contact support@thearklistings.com for any privacy request.
